Local Customers (Pakistan)

  1. Change of Mind After Dispatch:

    • Change of mind is not applicable. Once an order is dispatched, it must be received by the customer.

  2. Objections Upon Receipt:

    • If there are any objections, the item must be returned within 3 days after placing the order.

    • Proof of the objection, including evidence at the time of opening the package, must be submitted.

  3. Condition of Returned Product:

    • The product must be in its original condition to be sent back to our warehouse FF-871,873 Deans Trade Center Saddar Cantt Peshawar KP.

  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • The returned product will be inspected by our inspection team.

    • Once the product passes the inspection, payment will be released within 24 hours.

Non-Local/Global Customers

  1. Change of Mind After Dispatch:

    • Change of mind is not applicable. Once an order is dispatched, the customer must clear all local processes, such as customs, and receive the product.

  2. Objections Upon Receipt:

    • If there are any objections, the item must be returned to our warehouse within:

      • 7 days of receipt through express shipping.

      • 30 days of receipt through economy shipping.

    • Proof of the objection, including a video of the package being opened and a clear explanation of the reason for not accepting the product, must be submitted.

  3. Condition of Returned Product:

    • The product must be in its original condition.

  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • The returned product will be inspected by our inspection team.

    • Once the product passes the inspection, payment will be released within 7 days.
