Local Customers (Pakistan)
Change of Mind After Dispatch:
Change of mind is not applicable. Once an order is dispatched, it must be received by the customer.
Objections Upon Receipt:
If there are any objections, the item must be returned within 3 days after placing the order.
Proof of the objection, including evidence at the time of opening the package, must be submitted.
Condition of Returned Product:
The product must be in its original condition to be sent back to our warehouse FF-871,873 Deans Trade Center Saddar Cantt Peshawar KP.
Inspection and Refund:
The returned product will be inspected by our inspection team.
Once the product passes the inspection, payment will be released within 24 hours.
Non-Local/Global Customers
Change of Mind After Dispatch:
Change of mind is not applicable. Once an order is dispatched, the customer must clear all local processes, such as customs, and receive the product.
Objections Upon Receipt:
If there are any objections, the item must be returned to our warehouse within:
7 days of receipt through express shipping.
30 days of receipt through economy shipping.
Proof of the objection, including a video of the package being opened and a clear explanation of the reason for not accepting the product, must be submitted.
Condition of Returned Product:
The product must be in its original condition.
Inspection and Refund:
The returned product will be inspected by our inspection team.
Once the product passes the inspection, payment will be released within 7 days.
